Art therapy helps with a wide range of mental & physical health issues by using creative expression (like drawing, painting, sculpting) to improve cognitive functions, self-esteem, emotional resilience, and social skills, offering a non-verbal way to process trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and other conditions. It's about the healing process, not the artistic product, helping people gain insight, reduce distress, manage chronic pain, and find new coping mechanisms.
